Danielle Morton is the oldest child of Bishop Joseph D. Henderson, Sr. and Dr. Doris Henderson. She began working alongside them in ministry
at an early age. Over the years she has been Faithful and Dedicated to serving in every area of church work, such as, Church School, Music, Audio, Performing Arts, and Youth Ministry. She loves Singing, Praise Dance and Playing the Drums.
Currently she serves as the Youth Minister at the Kingdom Family Worship Center. She currently serves as Program Coordinator at The Family Life Center. She holds Bachelors in Business Administration from North Greenville University.
She enjoys working with all individuals and is a voice for all youth. She is also a Wellness & Fitness Consultant as well as a Bridal Consultant. She has several awards and leadership roles that she has played. She is very passionate about serving God and putting him First! One of her favorite songs is “My Worship is Forreal” She believes that real people experience a real God in their Lives. She is married to Darryl Morton, Jr. And they have a blended family if six son's JaQuez, JaShawn, Maliek, David, J. Daniel, and Jeremiah.
Pastor D is the Co-Founder and Program Director of The Family Life Center, established with a mission to address the needs of the community at large, purposed for outreach and community engagement. As a visionary for programming, she has made, and continues to make, many effective contributions to the services rendered in engaging culture
Pastor D is the Co-Founder and Program Director of The Family Life Center, established with a mission to address the needs of the community at large, purposed for outreach and community engagement. As a visionary for programming, she has made, and continues to make, many effective contributions to the services rendered in engaging culture and impacting the surrounding communities. She is tasked in the developing of holistic programs that strengthen family, assist at-risk youth, and build community. Some programs developed include affordable summer camp programs, after school Homework Help programs, senior craft and exercise gatherings, clothing and food assistance programs, and community fellowship meals.
As a community leader, Pastor D has previously served on the board for Habitat for Humanity, which selects families who would like to go from rental property to home ownership. She also served on the Fredericksburg Mental Health Association. In addition to ministry workshops, Pastor D conducts seminars and workshops which promote family, collaboration, community outreach initiatives, effective non-profit programming, etc. Considering her commitment and outstanding service to the community, Pastor D was named an Ambassador of Peace in September 2006.
Pastor D has also been successful in launching Doris Dezigns, a business that caters events, hosts banquets and weddings, and develops unique event logistics, all with creative, custom designs.
From church, to community, to business, Pastor D is dedicated wholeheartedly to Kingdom Service, making serving God and being true to ministry her priority. As one who is highly respected by many, Pastor D, humbly walks with power, preaches to the saving of souls, loves the people of God, and stands boldly in her faith, daily in pursuit of fulfilling her kingdom assignment. She is an anointed vessel, called to lead the people of God to victory and is set apart for such a time as this. Pastor D has submitted her life to kingdom service and advancing the Kingdom Agenda of God.
